1. Who are Mobal?
If you've never heard of Mobal before, here are some of the facts about us:

2. Can I order a Japanese cell phone now, and pick it up when I arrive?
Simply order your phone by filling in your details on the order form. Our Mobal staff will have your phone ready for when you arrive at Narita Airport, so all you have to do is provide payment and you're on your way! This will only take you about 5 minutes which is one less thing to worry about!
3. What phone number will I get?
You will be provided with a local Japanese phone number. If you need to know this is in advance, please tick the box on the order form and you will be notified by email 2 days before your arrival date.
4. How am I billed?
When you pick up your phone from our Mobal counter we will take the insurance charges (if you decide to take it). Of course, we don't take any rental charges because it's FREE! Call charges are taken from your credit card as and when we receive the call data from the networks. Statements detailing the charges that we have taken, including fully itemised lists of the calls you have made, can be provided upon request. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners and JCB.
5. Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges with the Mobal Japanese Phone. The only costs associated with the Mobal Japanese Phone are the insurance charges (if you decided to take it), and then the calls you make while in Japan. There is no deposit or minimal usage charged. Zip. Nada. Nothing.
6. Can I return the phone at another airport?
Unfortunately, we only have a counter at Narita airport. However, if you wish to return the phone by post simply ask the counter staff for the return address. You are responsible for the return postage costs.
7. Can you deliver my phone to my hotel?
Yes simply enter the address of your hotel in the comments box when reserving a phone. A member of staff will then call you to arrange delivery to your hotel or residence in Japan.
8. How can I find you?
We are located on the first floor of the Terminal 1 building, simply turn right after you go through the central entrance and you will see the Mobal Narita counter on the hand right side.

9. How do I get to Terminal 1 from Terminal 2?
There are FREE shuttle buses between Terminal 1 & Terminal 2 that run every 10 minutes.

Our counter is extremely conveniently positioned, directly on your route out of the airport terminal, and we remain open late, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, ensuring we're always here to meet you from your flight. If your flight is delayed we can even arrange delivery of your phone to your residence or hotel in Japan if necessary!"
